High Octane Marketing, LLC: Consent for Coaching

I consent to mindset and Christian life coaching provided by (Andrea Dell) of (High Octane Marketing, LLC) in (Boise, Idaho), which involves being in a relaxed state, utilizing Neurolinguistic Programming, Time Lapse Method™, and Theta Transformation Technique™ methods. 

I understand that I am fully in control at all times and that I cannot be forced to believe or behave in any way that I do not wish, and that I can disengage at any time.

I understand that the services rendered by (Andrea Dell) or anyone representing (High Octane Marketing, LLC), hereby known as Coach, are non-therapeutic.

I also understand that Coach and Code Red Fitness and Nutrition, LLC, do not represent Coach’s services as any form of health care or psychotherapy, and despite research to the contrary, by law, Coach makes no health benefit claims for her services. 

Further, I agree that Neurolinguistic Programming and mindset and Christian life coaching provide tools for self-improvement and are not a replacement for medical treatment or psychiatric care; thus should be considered as supplemental and complimentary to such conventional treatments. 

I understand that Coach does not guarantee successful results and the effectiveness of Neurolinguistic Programming, Christian life coaching, Time Lapse Method™, and Theta Transformation Technique™ varies by individual. Any decisions I make having received any mindset or life coaching by Coach are my own and I remain wholly responsible for any decisions or actions that I take.
