The Breakthrough kicks off by teaching you about the primary functions of your unconscious mind. Not having awareness of these makes it easier for strongholds to take hold and stay hidden from you. After watching this session, you'll have a MUCH greater understanding of how the unconscious mind can end up as a breeding ground for strongholds OR be used to live in alignment with God's word.
Session 2: From Current State To Desired State.
In session two, you're going to get clear on where you are NOW and then clear on where you want to be instead. A lot of times, we don't stop and think this through, but doing that is like being lost in the woods. Until you're clear on where you are in relation to where you want to be, you can't find your way back. This session will help you uncover, in detail, where you are now AND where you want be, so that we can form a path around how to get from YOUR current state to YOUR desired state.
Session 3: Uncovering Your Root Cause.
In this session, Andrea takes you through a simple process to uncover the root cause of the unwanted beliefs, behaviors, feelings, and thoughts you're experiencing (including those causing your weight problem).
Session 4: Parts Integration.
In this healing session, Andrea's going to help the parts of you at odds about your unwanted behaviors, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings get on the same page, so you can start feeling more whole and peaceful.
Session 5: Time Lapse Method™.
In this session, Andrea uses the Time Lapse Method to change meanings from your past that are negatively impacting your future! You can repeat this process as many times as you want to free yourself from more and more past baggage.
Session 6: Theta Transformation Technique™ - Part 1.
In this session, we introduce Theta Transformation Technique for help with renewing of your mind. It's a relaxing, peaceful process! In part one, Andrea introduces the technique and takes you through a process called Putting A Single Goal In Your Future.
Session 7: Theta Transformation Technique™ - Part 2.
In this session, Andrea continues with Theta Transformation Technique and uses it with the following relaxing processes: New Behavior Generator, Developing A Positive Mental Attitude, and the Forgiveness Process (which is about release and healing, NOT about making what happened okay).
Session 8: Biblical Core Transformation.
In this session, Andrea will take you through a process to uncover what the part of you that keeps holding onto unwanted behaviors is REALLY trying to give you. Then she'll help you show it how to have those things without the unwanted behaviors.
